According to our procedures, the collaboration with the client takes place in the following stages:
Telephone establishment of meetings materialized through physical contact with the client; case presentation; completing a standard REQUEST (annex to the Service Contract) based on which the PRO LEX Investigation Agency will analyze the complexity of the case, will distribute the number of detectives, will calculate the costs required to solve the case and will prepare a Price Offer materialized in -The Calculation Base;

The case detective specialist will keep in touch with the client throughout the investigation activities. We specify that between the specialist detective - case and client will take place several meetings having as topic discussions on the evolution of the investigation and other aspects related to the particularity of the case.
At the end of the activities undertaken, the specialist detective - case will prepare a Synthesis Report / Note which will include the result of the requested investigation, to which will be attached: evidence / means of evidence etc.), which resulted from the investigation of the case. All these documents will be handed over to the client together with the invoice related to the completion of the case.
